FOTWHOP 200+ Club seeks new members!

Complete and sign the attached membership form, and make the payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
This buys you one membership number, which enters you into the monthly draw. All participants must be over 16.
The draw will take place on the 20th day of each month where possible, using Facebook Live.
If you win, the Club will contact you to confirm the way in which you would like your prize to be paid. They will publish the winning numbers on their social media channels, through email, and in their newsletters (according to the publicity wishes of the individual winners).
The prize money will be 50% of the membership fee taken that month. The remaining 50% goes to the charity to help fund projects of benefit to the park, supporting the objectives of Friends of the Westward Ho! Park.
The 200+Club runs from May 1st for 12 months.
